Covid-19 - What we are doing to protect you
We take health precautions seriously as we want to protect you, our valued guests, as well as our staff.
We are conscious of carrying out a very thorough cleaning programme and are following the UK government guidelines as well as the Airbnb enhanced cleaning protocol. By agreeing to this we have received certification from both Visit England and Airbnb. Our additional cleaning and hygiene measures include:·
• Surfaces are disinfected using anti-viral products (conforming to EN14476 as well as EN1276) with particular attention being given to high-touch surfaces such as handles and knobs, taps and toilet flushes, banisters, key safe and keys.
• All bedlinen and towels are being laundered at the maximum recommended temperatures.
• Our cleaners will clean with required disposable cleaning equipment and will change them frequently as they move around different areas.
• We provide the recommended extra cleaning supplies in each property for your peace of mind.
